Arnold Fosah, MSN, BC-PMHNP

Arnold is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is Board Certified with the PMHNP #95001026. He graduated from UCSF's PMHNP program and works in collaboration with a Psychiatrist, Pamela Jones, MD #A61147, to provide comprehensive mental health care services. John specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.

Arnold’s treatment methods include talk therapy, trauma-focused CBT, EMDR, somatic processing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, behavior modification, lifestyle changes, and psychotropic medication. He takes a holistic approach to treatment, which means that he recognizes the interplay between a person's mental, emotional, and physical health. By taking a whole-person approach, John is able to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Arnold is committed to providing the highest quality of care to his clients. He understands that seeking mental health treatment can be a vulnerable and daunting experience, and strives to create a safe and welcoming environment for his clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Through his compassionate and evidence-based approach, Arnold helps his clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals.

Raven Cross, MSN, BC- PMHNP

Raven Cross is a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over a decade of experience, Raven has earned her board certification and an impressive record of academic achievement, including a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Norfolk State University and a Master's degree in Nursing from Walden University. Raven has extensive experience working with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, in a range of settings, including telemedicine, inpatient, and outpatient care.

Raven's passion lies in treating patients who struggle with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. She is also skilled in providing therapy and support for individuals who are coping with grief, stress, anger management, and trauma-related disorders such as PTSD.

Raven's unique approach to treatment includes incorporating mindfulness, spirituality, and life coaching into her practice. She also provides patient screening for medicinal cannabis, for those who may benefit from this alternative treatment option.

In her free time, Raven loves exploring national parks and traveling to new destinations. Her love for adventure and exploration is reflected in her commitment to providing individualized care that helps her patients live life to the fullest.
